Vacuum Circuit Breaker Fault Troubleshooting and Emergency Handling Guide
2025-10-31 09:54:44

During operation, vacuum circuit breakers may encounter various faults, and timely and effective troubleshooting is crucial.
First, abnormal noises or vibrations are common issues — the internal components should be checked for looseness or wear.
Second, if the vacuum circuit breaker fails to operate properly, inspect the control circuit and trip coil; if any components are burned out, they should be replaced immediately.
For Abnormal temperature rise, it is recommended to regularly monitor the temperature to detect potential faults early.
In the case of a failure to trip, power should be quickly disconnected, and the mechanical control system and auxiliary switch contacts should be inspected to identify the root cause.
Finally, regular maintenance and testing can prevent many potential faults, thereby improving the reliability and safety of the equipment.
