This product uses SF6 gas as the arc-extinguishing and insulating medium and incorporates the world’s most advanced self-energy arc-extinguishing technology. Equipped with a new type of spring operating mechanism, it features long electrical life, low operating force, low noise, high reliability, a simple structure, compact size, and an extended maintenance-free period. In the current trend toward oil-free and high-capacity power equipment, this product can fully replace similar imported products.

Structural Features

The circuit breaker adopts a three-phase porcelain column single-break structure, with a spring operating mechanism for each phase. The three-phase electrical interlock gives it a sleek and sophisticated appearance. The breaker uses SF6 gas as an insulating and arc-quenching medium and is monitored for pressure and density by a pointer-type density relay.


Due to the self-energy arc-extinguishing principle and optimized design of the breaker’s mechanical system, the mechanical efficiency is significantly improved, and the operating power is minimized. The breaker offers excellent breaking performance and a long electrical lifespan.


Each pole is mounted on an individual mechanism box, which is centrally installed on the base. Inside the box, there is a spring operating mechanism and an electrical control unit. The output rod of the mechanism is connected to the operating lever. The mechanism box bracket is treated with hot-dip galvanizing, and the fasteners are also hot-dip galvanized. The box housing is made of stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance.


The breaker boasts high mechanical reliability and is capable of frequent operations. Thanks to the inherent high insulation strength of SF6 gas and the optimized contact movement of the circuit breaker, it can interrupt capacitive currents without re-ignition. The external insulation has a high creepage distance and excellent resistance to pollution. It also has strong current-carrying capacity. During a temperature rise test conducted at 1.2 times the rated current of 4000A, there is still a significant margin for temperature rise at each point. The overall appearance of the product is compact, easy to install and debug on-site, and requires minimal maintenance.
