We’re excited to announce that Eberry Electric has successfully customized a dual-transformer power distribution cabin for CRRC’s tram system. This efficient and reliable power solution ensures stable electrical support for CRRC’s tram operations, guaranteeing both safety and efficiency.
The high-voltage section of the distribution cabin features an SF6 fully insulated ring main unit, configured with one incoming line, one ring-out line, and one outgoing line. This design enhances the reliability and safety of power distribution. The transformer room uses dry-type transformers, eliminating the risk of oil leakage, while the low-voltage busbar is designed with a compact busway, maximizing space while ensuring stable power delivery.
The cabin also includes a low-voltage room and secondary control room, equipped with RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) panels and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) panels, ensuring the tram system remains operational even during power disruptions.
Additionally, our low-voltage outgoing cabinet, low-voltage incoming/outgoing cabinet, and low-voltage capacitor cabinet are designed with high integration, offering comprehensive protection features to ensure the entire power distribution system operates safely and efficiently.
The custom power distribution cabin also includes an extra transformer route and a UPS cabinet, providing further stability and efficiency to the system.
