The technical parameters of standardized main ring unit shall conform to the provisions of DL/T 728 and DL/T791. SF6 gasconforms to the provisions ofGB/T 12022.
The rated charging level (charging pressure) and allowable leak rate of SF6 gas insulated main ring unit are specified. The idealconnection points (valves) for connecting gas treatment devices and other equipment are set up, gas insulated main ring unit isequipped with gas monitoring equipment and the ingress protection of the gas tank shallreach liP67. The water content measuredin the non-arc-extinguishing chamber under the rated charging pressure (at 20°c) shall not be more than 1000pL/L; and the wateicontent measured in the arc-extinguishing chamber (at20°c) shall not be morethan 150uL/L.ln its structure design, the installationpositions of distribution automation terminal and terminal power supply are reserved and all removable parts and components ofthe same type, rating and structure shall be interchangeable mechanically and electrically.
The standardized main ring unit load switch unit and cable connection unit is 375mm wide.
The circuit breaker and appliance combination unit is 420mm wide. The PT unit with insulation switches (bottom frame) is 600mm wide.
The cabinet is 750mm deep, The maximum dimension (projection distance)<850mm.The cabinet (including instrumentation box and top expansion bus) is 1950mm high.
The cabinet (excluding instrumentationbox) is 1600mm high and the instrumentation box is 350mm high when viewed in front.
The corrosion-proof performance ofits shell (gastank) shall not be less than 304stainless steeland itsnominalthickness>2mmThe cabinet frame is made of aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel sheet (galvanized layer thickness reaches AZ150 and above, inaccordance with “GB/T 14978 Continuously hot-dip aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel sheet and strip") or galvanized steel sheet.

Main features
The fully insulated and fully enclosed (standardized) main ring unit metal switchgear adopts SF, gas as arc extinguishing andinsulating medium.
The switchgear is fully enclosed and fuly insulated: the bus, switches and live parts are completely enclosed in its stainless steelshell. The cavity is filled with sF,gas at 0.04Mpa, and its ingress protection is lP67, The whole switchgear is not influenced by externaenvironmental conditions, even in special conditions such as short+-time waterimmersion,its normal operation is guaranteed and itis free from maintenance for its whole life.
